Our Corporate Group Coaching Programs are designed to work hands-on with leadership teams to enhance their leadership skills. These programs are focused on the development of the groups’ mindset, skills, and behaviors as it relates to their particular roles. Through our group coaching, leaders begin to understand what it takes to be an evolving and inspiring leader so their workforce is engaged and inspired to deliver outstanding results.
Our group coaching programs are conducted in one of two ways:
We provide a curriculum based coaching program over a 6-12 month timeframe where the team is coached on the mindset, skills, and behaviors that are vital to the success of leaders at all level.
The coaching curriculum includes:

Coaching sessions include information on a specific topic and then focused group coaching on that specific topic.
Through the group coaching option, there is also an opportunity for each group member to receive one-on-one private coaching time with one of C3’s executive coaches.
We provide customized group coaching for the team. In this option, we specifically assess your team for where they, as a group, need to be coached. We tailor the content of the coaching to those areas that will create the most beneficial change for the group and ultimately improve organization results.
For both group coaching options, the engagements last 6-12 months.
As with our one-on-one coaching, our group coaching programs also create a ripple effect throughout your organization, impacting the behaviors of others and resulting in a more inspired and engaged workforce.
